There has been an extraordinary development in the recent case involving access to nurses' changing rooms. It seems that the tribunal's written judgement had to be revised when it was found that a cited passage used as a precedent was made up.

The use of Ai is becoming more prevelant by legal practitioners. However, it does create what are known as ghost cases. I attended a course recently which explained how it worked in terms of the law etc. Interesting how it works, by crunching data and narrowing down the issues and spitting out the answer. Not always correctly. A bit like the swans recruitment team in recent times.
