Has anyone had any tarmac laying work done and happy to recommend the contractor? There are plenty online but personal recommendations are always better.

A mate of mine had some work done by Gwendraeth Valley Tarmac, they’re a big company based in Pontyates just outside Llanelli.
I had done tarmac work done at my place about 3 years ago, my father in law has a small building and civil engineering company and he did the gulleys, drains and edging and I used a company called Alan Rees Tarmac to do the tarmacing. They’re based out of Pontyates and are a small family business, based on what they’ve done for me I’d defo recommend them to you. |  | | |

The latex type driveways are all the rage these day Uni.
Ours is tarmac its tidy enough though the whole front is tarmaced lads car and our transit indepence fits on there, no room for work van though. |  | | |

That's what we got, council insisted on the tarmac being porous as driveway slopes towards house loads of work went into the ground work to assist the drainage and we got a ground level threshold for youngests wheelchair. | | | |
