Always the same with wrestlers who die tragically young, companies should hold more responsibility becuse the ethos of if you don't wrestle you don't earn is wrong, it forces them into taking painkillers etc to overcome the pain barrier in turn some get addicted and so on and tragically they die so young.

My eyes are swollen from crying, having just talked to Joan Laurer's manager Anthony Anzaldo on the phone and been told that Chyna, the 9th Wonder of the World was no longer with us; gone at only 45. I will always be grateful for the friendship I shared with her, but particularly so for the kindness she showed my children, especially Noelle when she was younger - taking her by the hand at WWE events in the late 90's - off to have her makeup done, her fingernails painted; bonding time between big, strong Joanie, and her tiny sidekick. A father doesn't forget that type of kindness. I didn't know whether to post a classic photo of Chyna in her WWE prime or of Joanie from the last time I saw her - about 10 months ago at a convention on Long Island. I went with the photo from the convention because of the emotion; because it was taken at the exact moment I saw her for the first time in many years. I was told later that Joanie wasn't sure how I would react to her, and that it meant a great deal to be accepted. Like I said, a father doesn't forget. I called home on my way back from the convention — only about 40 minutes from my house. "I'm bringing a friend over to watch the pay-per-view" I said to my wife. "Who's that?", my wife asked. "Chyna" "Chyna?" "Yeah, Chyna!" And that was pretty much that. A mother, you see, doesn't forget the kindness shown to her child, either.
I am so glad we had that night with Joanie. A night to let her know how much we cared about her, whether it was politically correct or not. A night to let her know we loved her -and always will. RIP my dear friend. I pray that somehow in death, you can find the peace that eluded you so frequently during the latter years of your remarkable life.

Easy for WWE to condemn her for porn when they sent some to do playboy themselves.

i'm not so sure the talent is there without dipping into NXT, and Crews has already showed that some people are called up too early. I'll now start watching smackdown which is what they want from this, but please don't have 2 world titles again as is rumoured, just make the IC the main belt on Smackdown
One of the main reasons for WWE bring back the brand split is to help increase television ratings and the ratings of Smackdown in particular, hence Smackdown becoming a permanent live show on Tuesday nights. The idea is the change will also have more people watching Smackdown live instead of on DVR.
- It’s expected that Stephanie McMahon will run one show while Shane McMahon runs the other and both are expected to be babyface characters at first.
- The belief right now is that John Cena will be the main star on one show and Roman Reigns will be the main star on the other. It’s not a sure thing that Brock Lesnar will end up being on RAW.
- The RAW crew will be doing live events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday while the Smackdown crew will just be running Saturday and Sunday nights. It’s possible that Smackdown live events will take place again on Monday nights like in the past.
- While the plan right now is for there to be two world championships, the tentative plan for the Women’s championship is for Charlotte to appear on both shows.
- Vince McMahon is said to be “really pumped” about the new brand split and its possibilities.
I am loving the work of Shinsuke Nakamura at the moment, never been such a big fan of someone in such a short space of time. Can't wait to see him on the main roster.

So Brock Lesnar is fighting at UFC200 with the WWE's permission. Interesting.
Awesome news. Love how Jon Jones and Cormier are saying how much money he's gonna make 'em. He's that big a star. Mark Hunt seems like the name being thrown around at the moment, which would be insane. This could open the doors for the UFC and WWE working together more often, I figure that's 1 reason why WWE let Brock do it.
