On my home screen, if I scroll down one page, I get their current program. To get to the Premier League schedule, I use the "Select Sport" filter.
For Monday, the Swans are on at 1 and 5 my time or 1800 and 2000 your time,
You might also try clicking one of the live games on the schedule.

Though nostalgia made me sad to see Fox Soccer go, NBC has done a pretty darn good job w/ coverage thus far this season.
And w/ the app, I can see all the games live for "free", whereas Fox had an extra pay-gate for their app. | | | |

Install Hola Unblocker https://hola.org
There's both plug-ins for the Chomre and Firefox browsers and stand alone prgrams for Windows, Android and Mac OS.
Hola automatiaclly sets your IP adress to an American one when you visit http://stream.nbcsports.com/liveextra/
Haven't tested if it works with a live stream yet as there doesn't seem to be any at the moment. But the Hola logo in the Chrome browser plugin changes to an American flag when you visit the site, which means Hola know the site and Automatically changes the IP address.
Hola also works for unblocking a lot of other IP restricted sites.
