Interesting. I would have thought the trust elections would be put oh hold until after the big vote. The current trust board member positions would be untenable if the vote goes against their recommendation. |  |

I'd have thought a vote on the members of the Trust board would be a more accurate measure on the views of the Trust members on those board members standing for election, especially as this election contains all the main officer positions, but hey ho.
It's not as if the views of those board members is a secret, is it. | |

Contact the Trust at http://www.swanstrust.co.uk/contact-us/ and they should be able to go through next steps.
Hopefully that's not a general problem though - the Trust uses a specialist company to do these mailings, partly to avoid this! | |

Andy raised this with Alan who in turn went to the company who we used to send the mailing
They have admitted that the freepost envelopes were not included and will be sending these out today
Alan is looking at getting an email out later to our members on email advising them of the position

Email from the Trust
We have been advised by the mailing company who are handling the despatch of voting forms for the Trust Election that they have not included the Freepost envelope in the mailing.
Not everyone will have received the mailing yet but the Company has apologised for its error and is working to send the Freepost envelope separately by first class mail today.
Please accept our apologies for this but hopefully the Freepost envelope will be with you shortly, for some at the same time as the main mailing.
