Why would you sell our only left back?
Even if you want to improve you would leave him in place as a sub.
The same applies to Narsingh, if we sell Routledge as we should in the summer then we are down to only having Dyer & Narsingh, unless Dan James makes the step up.

Two good players for every position only makes sense if you're competing in Europe every year. We can't afford a squad that big, and would have 4 or 5 players rotting in the reserves in all but the worst injury crisis, with no hopes of youth progression.
Not that I would prioritise selling our only specialist left back, mind. | | | |

He's been awful this season imo. A shadow of the player he looked like being in the first half dozen games after he signed.
Wouldn't be surprised if it turned out he and his brother switched places in the summer. | | | |

Olsson's been steady enough. Not as attacking as last year but we've not exactly been as attacking as a team. Quite happy with him. |  |
