The club aren’t to blame on this one.
AFAIK Penderyn wanted to set up a bar or restaurant in Swansea. There was a disagreement between them and the council and it ended up not happening. I’m pretty sure they pulled their sponsorship soon after that. | | | |

I'm not aware of any Penderyn /Council issues, this doesn't mean there aren't any, but I know somebody who deals with Penderyn regarding sponsoring other events and he was told this, I couldn't believe it either if true. | | | |

They may well be. It may be that rather than a bar or restaurant. All I know is they wanted to expand into Swansea and didn’t get the response they were hoping for. They scaled back a bit after that. This was a good few months ago | | | |
