Was down there this time last year walked the Coastal path to Bridport from Lyme Regis some cracking pubs on the coastal path for food and drink.

Some typical tourist traps around as well but get out walking and you will come across a little gem.

Life is an adventure or nothing at all.

Lyme is very pleasant. Stayed here for my 40th a few years back:-

It's in Branscombe, a few miles to the West, but the whole area is great walking country. Great room with four poster and decent food.

I stayed in a cottage https://www.dorsetcoastalcottages.com/cottage-details/2349/ next door to a pub called the New Inn which was just right as a pub, nice meals and beers at The Anchor in Seatown and at various other places at West Bay and Bridport.

Bridport had a lot to see and do and was less frantic than Lyme Regis.

Life is an adventure or nothing at all.
