The original got vandalised, then got repainted, then some wonders human being or being tried to knock the wall down that it,s painted on, so people took it upon themselves to paint cCofiwch Dryweryn in numerous places around Wales, thus keeping the original alive no matter what.

Someone has painted it on a wall, facing the sea, at one end of Aberavon beach.

On a wall in Fairwater in Cardiff too. It's just devaluing the impact of the one and only original.

Rubbish.

Once the icon sign was vandalised multiple times, then the people decided to take matters into their own hands and replicate it many times right across Wales. Its a grass roots movement and so inspires in a way that top down instruction rarely does.

Clearly should not be on other peoples property, but it you do have a spare wall yourself then go get some red and white paint and create your own versions.

It frames a moment in time when every welsh mp voted against the flooding, yet it still went ahead. The welsh nation had no political expression.

Absolutely spot on brawd!

It's a key message to never forget English oppression over the Welsh and quite frankly Darren needs to get a grip. Vandalism, my arse.
