I haven't voted, as I think it is too early. The two most worrying things are current form (which is rapidly narrowing the gap to the bottom three after our good start), and the on-pitch arguing between team mates that the commentators noted during yesterday's game. It seems to me that if we are going to change managers then it has to be done by early December in order to give the new man time to decide what to do in the window. So I would guess that Garry only has a couple of more games to turn things around. Bournemouth is crucial.

Yeah shut up and say nothing is the best isn't it or better still just take one point of view on a forum for discussion and let's all aline to that view nice and tidy like. Monk has been given the utter privilege of managing our club, if its not happening then he has to be asked questions and fans have to be able to voice concerns and opinions, nothing to do with hating the man, how can you hate a person you've never met or know personally.
