Reggie Gibbs and Johnie L Williams. deserve special praise for scoring 17 tries in the days when 6-3 was a perfectly normal final score and Wales usually played 4 or 5 matches a,year. J L Williams gave his life on the Somme at mametz wood. When NZ play France, they play for the Dave Gallagher trophy. Johnnie deserves at least equal recognition.

No Alan Edmunds?
Shane Williams on 09:54 - Feb 12 with 5380 viewsbiggar Fantastic player. Not in the same league as Gerald Davies though,. Purely my opinion of course. Davies was phenomenal.

Alan Edmunds was a decent club player, but not in the same league as Simon Davies, he was quick.
Shane Williams on 10:54 - Feb 12 with 5330 viewstheloneranger Didn't Graham Henry think he was too small for International Rugby when he took over in 1998?? Interesting to see that he is fourth on the International list of leading rugby union test try scorers behind Daisuke Ohata 69 tries Bryan Habana 67 tries David Campese 64 tries Shane Williams. 60 tries Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

The quickest Welsh winger I’ve seen play in terms of pure speed has to be Clive Rees. An idea isn't responsible for those who believe in it.

The original billy wizz. JJ and Nigel Walker might argue. I reckon Rees over 10 yards, JJ 20- 40, anything longer Walker the quickest. Simon Davies wouldn't be far behind.

He was a sight to behold in the old Snelling Sevens! An idea isn't responsible for those who believe in it.
