I think we have to be realistic and realise he is the best we are going to get in the dire situation we are in. The team is in such disarray I don't there is any manager who could keep us up not even an escape specialist such as Pulis or Allardyce. If he can recreate the passing style he had a Wednesday in the first season and add a bit of fight and backbone he will do for me.
