There have been further payments of tv revenue in to the club since August.

The £30 million surplus is purely taking into account the transfers, with agents/player fees along with loan fees for Sanches and Abraham we are looking at around just over half of that sum.
For example with add ons we will receive £45 million in the sigurdsson deal;
-Spurs had a 10% sell on clause
-Unless a transfer request is handed in, a percentage would go the the player (and his agent), this can range anywhere from 5-10% in most cases.

Also clubs rarely sell if they can't be sure of replacing, which is basically why transfer windows are a bit dull until either one big move goes ahead and the rest of the dominoes fall, or the last couple of days when panic sets in. |  |
