Which type of sausages are your favourites?

Ever since my son was... never conceived, because I've never had consensual sex without money involved... I've always kind of looked at you as... a thing, that I could live next to... in accordance with state laws.

Fresh Mackerel and Herring are very nice on the BBQ, fillet them and place on a piece of silver foil.

Freshly caught and eaten on a bbq at the beach. A great way to finish off a day at one of our magnificent beaches.

Remember to take any coals (and any rubbish) home and not bury them in the sand like the chavs do though. Always leave the beach as though you had never been there.

B&M is a good place for BBQ sauces. They have a lot of American sauces there, usually really cheap as well. Costco members should get the Stubbs and the Butt Rub. Can't go wrong.

I must investigate Costco. Does one have to be pf a particular persuasion to shop there?

Freshly caught and cooked Mackerel is a thing of beauty, used to fillet them wash them in a drop of fresh water, then dip the fillets in a Tupperware container, containing pepper extra virgin oil and then squeeze half a lemon over the fillet and eat them raw when I had my boat simply delicious, they were lovely with a can of bow.

Am I right in thinking the acid of the lemon helps to "cure" the meat of the fish and render it delicious?

Dunno it just adds to the flavour, an alternative to vinegar.
