Fresh Mackerel and Herring are very nice on the BBQ, fillet them and place on a piece of silver foil. |
Freshly caught and eaten on a bbq at the beach. A great way to finish off a day at one of our magnificent beaches.
Remember to take any coals (and any rubbish) home and not bury them in the sand like the chavs do though. Always leave the beach as though you had never been there. [Post edited 19 Apr 2018 17:46]

B&M is a good place for BBQ sauces. They have a lot of American sauces there, usually really cheap as well. Costco members should get the Stubbs and the Butt Rub. Can't go wrong. |  |
