You may be right but I suspect the official stream providers will be well aware of VPNs. The surer way of limiting the illegal watching of a UK 3pm KO is to require only those resident outside the UK can subscribe, hence the need for a non UK bank account or credit card. Just subscribed to watch the game. I used my spanish account & of course it's registered to my Spanish address. Cost me 8.88€ + 0.31€ currency conversion.
Happy with that & will go game on game as next fixture for me is September 22nd I believe. I am home for 2 weeks from Aug 22nd so can't watch the Brizzle City game, the Millwall game is on sky, not sure if the Forest game is showing in the states, if so then that is eliminated from international coverage also. If that's the case then they shouod say the acceptance of your subscription is based on your card details and bank account, they don't and they are also charging in pounds. If it's European or internationally it should be in the currency of the country you are in. | |
