Look at the state of the pitch!!

I was 11 back then. Thought football players in Division 4 were bigger than rock stars!

Missed that one but made the 3-5 win when Gary Emmanuel got sent off Lyndon Symmonds hatrick I think. Who was the number 8 in the 2nd leg got most of that team but can`t make out the 8 Colin Randell? Cracking game.

This was our squad

Colin Randell had retired the season before I think.

Peter "Woody" Guthrie was our on loan 'keeper from spurs.

In sure Rhys wilmot had been with us on loan from arsenal that season.

Here`s who I think played 1. Peter Guthrie 2. Harrison 3. Chris Coleman 4. Andy Melville 5. Alan Knill 6. Robbie James 7. Alan Davies 8. ? 9. Sean Mccarthy 10. Paul Raynor 11. Tommy Hutchison. Not sure who the sub was who came on. Not sure on Harrison either I know we had him on a free from Plymouth.

A 17 yr old Lee Sharpe came on for Torquay. He went on to do quite well.
Had Robbie James come back to us by then from Leicester?

Came out of the ground soaking wet and covered in mud. But instead of going into Torquay for the night like everyone else who was in the same state, i went to the offy, got a few cans then to a launderette, stripped down to my boxers and washed and dried my clothes. The lady there even ironed them me for a quid!

Sorry dicky, I thought you were older than this!

Ever since my son was... never conceived, because I've never had consensual sex without money involved... I've always kind of looked at you as... a thing, that I could live next to... in accordance with state laws.

Don't think it was Dai D'Auria the guy in the vid looks a lot older. Not sure on Ian Love either thought he was taller, not our best ever striker but worked really hard for the team liked him. Where's our statto when you need him!
