Quantify what you mean by VIP.

La Parrilla is my default go to in Swansea for corporate dining.

Bouchon De Rossi, or as said La Parrila, but Swansea is bereft of really good Restaurants

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game

Pen yr Can up the valley, great Sunday lunch and pretty good during the week too

The Plough and Harrow in Murton is spot on

If in Swansea, the Grape and Olive is decent and you can't get a better view and if you want steak, the bras is still up there.

I feel certain that on my visits to La Parilla I've had to queue up to order. What's that all about?

How many VIPs are we talking about? I like Hansons and Slice but they ain't big.

Meal in La Parrilla with either a Mumbles walk before or after.

If you’re going to Mumbles then you need to order both the tide and the weather in advance. Contrary to what some on here say there are some magnificent sights to see.

If you want the centre of Swansea, has to be the Chelsea Café. I use it for business clients all the time and they love it.

A very well connected mate who regularly eats in Michelin-starred restaurants all over the world rated The Pant Y Gwydr very highly. "Superb food - as good as anywhere in Paris" (where he has a flat) were his exact words.

Just take them up the grape and olive. Food isn’t bad, not spectacular but good enough. The views up there will be more memorable than any meal. Obviously weather depending.

Most of the high end places in Swansea are much of a muchness compared with the equivalent in similar sized cities. Not many places can compete with a full panorama of a city and a bay.
