Funnily enough I've never liked them. I can't get past his awful voice.

They did a great concert at the Morfa but that was their zenith.

Agree 100% fantastic concert that was. Started to fade with Just enough....then when Stuart Cable left (for whatever reason) I kind of lost interest.

Musical magnolia. Painfully middle-of-the-road, safe, cliched music. As such, they're unbearably popular. Mr Writer is a good song, but my God, try having to play Dakota at the behest of every other drunken reveler, week in, week out. Puke-worthy...

That entire album is an all time classic. They’ve never been better and since the second album they’ve been pretty shit.

They've done some pretty decent stuff in fairness.

Good first album, decent band, Jones is talented, not as good as the manics or super furry animals, imo

Gruff Rhys, Euros Childs or Cate le Bon will never get the widespread appeal of Jones and co but they are infinitely more talented than he ever will be,

Thank you, goodnight and bollocks

Mr Writer and Indian Summer are glorious pop songs. Other than that they’re an utterly shit act.
