|First time in Swansea|
at 21:35 23 Jan 2017
Hi guys, next week i will visit Swansea for the first time (it will be my second time in UK).
Of course main goal of my trip is tuesdays game vs Soton, but i would like to see as many interesting places in Swansea as i can. Not only club related (i will be with my girlfriend, she's not really into football), so maybe you could suggest me some interesting places to visit - for both tourist and Swansea supporter side of me? :)
Obviously i did some research, but every opinion of fellow local Jack would be welcomed.
I will be in Swansea for 2 days (monday morning to wednesday morning, then trip back London).
Also, if you have any tips for match related stuff - where to buy Swans related stuff (scarf, shirt etc), where to go for a beer before game etc - i will be than grateful.
If there was already another similar topic, sorry for mess, could you send me link to it?

It is devastating, but also obvious.
Is there anyone who didnt see it coiming when Yanks took over?
When they sold Ash and Ayew?
When they fired Frankie and hired Bradley?
As a foreigner its really depressing to see you (Local supporters for many years) predicting this few monts ago, but being unable to change anything.
|Our fixtures till the end of mid-season|

Now, when our play looks OK (not perfect, but quite decent, and we havent seen that under BB) i'm more positive about this season.
Surely we are 6 points behind 17th team, but most of our next fixtures are against our direct oponnents:
I dont want to drop responsibilities for our shitty performances on fixtures, but the truth is probably our were the hardest

Guys, in "Thank you Huw" thread i read:
"But don't forget the real, people who saved the club ....
You know - the ones not in the film."
and i would like to know more about Swansea history.
I am relatively new in supporting Swansea (i like this club since it entered Premier League and became "solid" fan during 14/15 campaign so i cant describe myself as a true Jack :))
but i would like to know a little more about Swans rise after that crisis.
Could you recommend some reliable sources of information?
Also I haven't watched "Jack to a King", i tried watching it but accent was sometimes too diifficult to understand everything properly and i found it pointless to watch it and dont fully understand it (as you may guess english is not my first language :)).
Do any of you have english subtitles? I failed to find them online.
