Stadium Management have been assured by First Cymru that the Park and Ride facilities for the new stadium will operate as planned despite a planned bus strike for the weekend.
With minimal parking at the Swans new home, it was feared that there could be traffic chaos for the opening fixture at the stadium which sees Fulham as the opposition in Alan Curtis' testimonial match.
However, at a meeting today the management were advised that the facilities from Swansea Vale, County Hall and the Recreation ground will run as detailed in the Stadium Travel Plan.
The stadium team have also confirmed that all children under the age of 18 months will be admitted free of charge to football and rugby fixtures whilst any child over that age must have a child's match ticket.
There is also an enquiry desk open at the Stadium ticket office at all times that the office is open to deal with anyone that has problems with receiving the wrong season ticket or ID card. The ticket office can be contacted on 08700 400 004.
