A Touch Far Vetched Issue Two Hits The Streets

All bar nine copies of the first issue have been sold following it's launch back in April and prior to the final game at the Vetch, the team behind the fanzine presented £400 to the youth set up at Swansea City as the profits from the first run.

Because of that success, a print run of 2000 has been ordered and this Saturday you will see the sellers, decked in their 'A Touch Far Vetched' uniform outside the ground.

Fans will be able to buy copies from them outside the stadium between the South and West stands and also the South and East stands. It is hoped that following this increased run, a donation well in excess of the first issue's payment will be made to the new youth management team of David Moss and Huw Lake.

Copies of the fanzine are also available to buy in the Globe public house from behind the bar and one of the sellers will also make his way around some of the other drinking establishments around the ground.

Unfortunately, we are not able to sell copies of the fanzine inside the ground so make sure you purchase your copy before you enter the stadium concourse.

In addition to that, copies are also available on-line by visiting the fanzine web-site www.atfv.co.uk where you can order an individual issue of subscribe in advance to the next six issues. People who have already subscribed can expect to receive their copies on Saturday or Monday.

The sellers will also be out in force for the opening league game at the stadium against Tranmere a week on Saturday so don't despair if you do miss out this weekend.

This issue is packed with content ranging from the angry, the humourous, the daft and the pleasant as well as being littered with cartoon illustrations from a local cartoonist who has joined the team behind the publication.
