The Vetch Box Sets

It's been a busy few weeks on this front with many people arriving at St Helens to finally lay their hands on a product that they paid for more than 12 months ago. It's been hard work to get this project to it's finished state but the feedback from those who have collected have made it all worthwhile.

However, there are many boxes that still need collecting and with this in mind we have set up another day for collection. Saturday 19 November will see the box set team and other volunteers at St Helens between 10am and 1pm for people to collect the sets which they have purchased.

We also have around 100 of the sets left for sale so if you would like one then please do either get in touch at or come along on the 19th to see us. Once the final box has been sold then there will be no more available for purchase and your chance will have gone.

Kids Go Free

How Cooze, our Associate Director, is heading up a new 'Kids Go free' scheme for the next generation of Swans fans. Over the course of the next few weeks details of the scheme will be announced fully and we expect 10,000 plus tickets to be given out to school children not just in Swansea but also our catchment area. As they say at times like this - watch this space.

Ground Policing

It is a little disappointing to read that we are having to police games at Liberty Stadium again now because of the actions of a small minority of Swansea fans. This policing is at the expense of the club and will see their matchday expenses to Stadco significantly increase because of the actions of a few. With so much going well for the club at the moment on the pitch, progress is yet again hampered slightly because of this factor. All that we can say is please don't do it - there are so many people out there helping the club grow - why are some hell bent on slowing that growth down? Swansea City should be a place where away fans want to come and watch their sides (hopefully getting beat on the pitch) but this is not happening. Please think what damage your actions can do.
