Saturday's 2-1 win at the Liberty Stadium over Brighton has pushed the Swans within touching distance of the top six - only goal difference currently separates them from the magical position.

But with tough games away at Carlisle (8th) and home to Blackpool (4th) to come for the final two games of the season, Roberto is keen to utilise his "12th man" as much as possible during the final 180 minutes.

And after a return of 21 points from his first ten games in charge, Roberto will be all to aware that the Swans could end up in the play offs with some serious momentum behind them which is always a great way to head into the end of season lottery.

Speaking to the Wales on Sunday, Roberto said "It is vital in the last few games that we get the supporters right behind us. People are starting to see us as a dangerous side because we are not just winning games but dominating sides. That is the image we want."

"I know that if we get the tally of points I have been asking for we will be fine and reach the play-offs. But we need the fans to help us achieve that. The ones that were here were fantastic and definitely helped us to win the game."

For once, the Liberty Stadium created a strong atmosphere during the second half when the Swans were under some pretty heavy Brighton pressure and the relief at the final whistle was audible and that is just what Roberto is likely to want repeated.

With several hundred now expected to make the trip to Carlisle on Saturday (Bristol City took 1700) and a potential near capacity at home to Blackpool on the final day of the season, there is sure to be more twists and turns ahead in this season that, although hugely disappointing for most of it, could yet end with the ultimate goal being achieved.

It's time to be behind them - this 180 minutes could make a huge difference.
