Dani Mallo is the latest goalkeeping name to be linked with a Swansea move

Mallo was watched by Roberto Martinez in the 1-0 win over Hamilton last week - a game that saw the Swans linked with a host of players.

Mallo will be a free agent after next week's Scottish Cup Final and has impressed during his time at Falkirk despite them being involved in a relegation fight.

He has previously played for Deportivo La Coruna and in the UEFA Cup for Sporting Braga

Mallo will line up in the Falkirk side as they try to create a shick by beating Rangers in the Scottish Cup Final - something he believes they are capable of "It is magic. For me to come here and play the Scottish Cup final is the most important moment in my career," he told skysports.com.

"Now our challenge is to win the title against Rangers. It will not be easy but nobody in the squad is just happy to play the final.

"Rangers is our objective because Falkirk want to be champions

"I have lived incredible moments with the fans after the match. This is sensational and really I am very happy to have left Portugal and to have accepted this chance in Scotland.

"The final will be spectacular with the atmosphere but this can not influence our game. If we play without fear at Rangers I am convinced that victory is possible."

Mallo joins the likes of Tom Heaton, Owain Fon Williams and Colin Doyle in their alleged target list to replace the seemingly departing Dorus de Vries.
