Martinez Comes Back Again - For Bodde

Just as you thought that Roberto Martinez would leave Swansea in peace, he returns again, this time for Ferrie Bodde

BBC Sport Wales understands that former boss Martinez has tabled a £4.5m bid for the Dutchman, who scored 7 goals last season despite spending more than half of the campaign on the sidelines..

Bolton have tabled a number of bids over the summer for the 27 year old, but ultimately failed as they and the Swans couldn't agree a fee.

Bodde is still yet to make his comeback from his ligament injury which he suffered at home to Birmingham last November, but is widely expected to return within the next fortnight.

It's really no surprise that the Spaniard has come back for another of his former players, he's already captured Jordi Gomez from Espanyol and Jason Scotland, as Wigan look to create their own version of 'Little Swansea' in the North East.

The club would only receive half of any fee received for Bodde, with 50% going to the midfielder's former club ADO Den Haag.
