Huw Jenkins has revealed that there is no decision as yet on the futures of Lee Trundle or Stephen Dobbie

The Swansea City Chairman was speaking to the Evening Post about the future of two players who could yet extend their careers at the club.

Trundle has been officially released by Bristol City and is now a free agent whilst Dobbie helped Blackpool to the Premier League last Saturday before seeing his own loan deal expire with his future uncertain.

Jenkins told the Evening Post "I will be speaking in general terms to Lee this week

"What will happen with him? The answer is that I don't know at the moment.

"I don't think Paulo has made his decisions yet as far as our forward situation goes.

"It's a question of who is available as well as who we have got, and there are always a couple of options there.

"At the moment Paulo is weighing up his options and he has not decided either way regarding any of the forward positions.

"Stephen went to Blackpool to get games under his belt and to get more experience at Championship level," he added.

"He has scored five times for Blackpool and three times for us, and of course we signed him to play for Swansea.

"But Paulo has to make a decision this summer on where he can fit in and if he can fit in.

"He has two years on his contract and, as things stand, he will be back with us for pre-season.

"But as I say, nothing has been decided as far as the forward positions go."
