Bruce Promises Hull Changes

The Swans head to Hull this evening with home manager Steve Bruce promising changes to his line up after some tough games in the Championship that have lifted his side into the play off places.

There is no doubt that the main aim for Bruce this season is to get his Hull side back into the Premier League after the disappointment of relegation last term.

And they have made an excellent start to the campaign to see themselves as one of the early front runners behind Brighton and Middlesbrough.

So I genuinely wouldn't be surprised to see us come up against quite a weakened side at the KC Stadium which would certainly see us in a good position to take our place in Round Four.

"With all the travelling we've done (to Brighton and Cardiff) we just looked a little bit leggy (on Saturday). We didn't quite look sharp enough" said Bruce.

"There were too many like that. You can play a game of football every day but you can't play with the same intensity.

"We didn't play like we can or do things quickly enough. We will make changes against Swansea.

"It would be unwise of me to ask the team to play a fourth game in nine days. With the schedule we've had, you have to. We've got a number of players who need a game and that's what we'll do."
