Tammy Enjoying Swansea Life

Tammy Abraham was a Chelsea man in demand after last season thanks to his twenty plus goals for Bristol City and it certainly appears, on the early evidence, that we have a good signing after he scored his first goal for the club in the friendly win over Richmond Kickers.

Paul Clement sealed a loan move for his man reasonably early in the transfer window which is the perfect thing to do as we can now see the benefit of him linking up early with the squad and having a full pre-season.

With Fernando Llorente missing the most of pre-season due to his arm injury then there is every chance that Abraham will be making his Premier League debut for the Swans at Southampton on the opening day so being in amongst the action (and the goals) is key at this point.

And for the players' part he is clearly enjoying Swansea life as his comments on the official site back up “I think I have settled in with the team very well and feel part of a family already,” said Abraham.

“We must remember, it is still pre-season,” he added. “My aim is to play an hour in the next game against North Carolina and hopefully I can make an impact there and get another goal.”
