Brentford score two early goals to reverse Ayew's 1st leg advantage, Mbeumo makes it three before Brewster pulls one back but the Swans couldn't take the match to extra time, and miss out on the final at Wembley.

So that's it for another season. The Swans managed to get into the play-offs but in the end it was too much. Perhaps with a better advantage from the first leg against 10 men it might have been different but in the end this young team will only get better and we go again for the 2020/21 season which starts in less then two months time.
