Alan Tate in half time bust up
Saturday, 19th Sep 2020 20:12

BREAKING NEWS : Alan Tate, Swansea coach found himself a national news headline after todays game against Birmingham City.

Dramatic headlines like 'chokeslam' in The Sun as Wales on line said it was a 'neck grab' where as the Observer called it as 'putting hands' on a Birmingham player' Clearly the referee, Gavin Ward nor his officials on and off the pitch saw the incident. Ward was still cleaning his whistle after a half of football which created little between two teams who fought hard for every inch of ground at The Liberty. The likelihood now is Tate will face an EFL inquiry due to the dramatic reporting after todays game. Both managers played the incident down in post match interviews.

More to follow.
