Is Harvey all right for the Swans ?

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Harvey White is the latest speculative transfer linked to Swansea City this season. It is expected he could well be offered on loan after a far better pre season than expected, and Spurs will also consider a permanent transfer if the cash is right.

The twenty year old midfielder is valued by Spurs at around a million pounds, but with no real professional experience at premier league or lower levels for his age it would be a gamble. A loan to buy would surely work better ? With one FA Cup game under his belt and just over twenty appearances whilst on loan at Portsmouth in 2021 swans fans will be interested to see where this goes.

Swansea City loans generally go one way or the other with Rhys Williams a prime example of an unsuccessful time at the club. Ethan Laird could be an example of a decent loan as is Cyrus Christie. With a right back on the menu as well for Martin and only a week to go before the season starts the swans need to focus now. The last thing we need to hear is late arrivals need time to settle in and understand their roles.
