Jamal Lowe signalled the start to a busy afternoon at the Swansea.Com Stadium joining on a short term loan deal until January 2024 from Bournemouth. Then more news surfaced almost immediately.

First of all a two million pounds plus deal to sign Josh Tymon from Stoke City has been agreed along with long term target Bashir Humphreys on loan from Chelsea. Both are pencilled in for medicals this evening pending all the paperwork being completed.

Stoke City made a big deal about Humphreys this morning with advanced talks being the rumour. However, the Swans persisted and they have now got the England under 21 international to agree to join until the end of the season.

That’s three in and a more satisfactory looking transfer window almost completed, at least for this hour !
