Great game with both sides out for the 3 points...Portsmouth were no mugs but Dale matched them and beyond.

Real pity we just could n't hang on.......at least we are making a fist of this survival jobby.

Much better effort and an enjoyable game to watch. If we'd have started with Sims or Lemina instead of Prowsey we might have won it.

Better but let's not get carried away, we got beat by a weekened Arsenal side and conceded 3 again. Good to see Yosh back, bizzarely we've missed him.

Bad luck in losing we deserved a point. Much better performance by most players. Tadic played better today but Prowse and Sims gave nothing. Nice to see Long and Austin score.

Good effort today, albeit a weakened Arsenal. Too little too late I think. Thought the 5 across the back worked well, good to see Soares doing what he should have been doing all season. Long worked his arse off as usual but this time capped it with a goal, unlucky with the off side as a well taken goal. Tadic looked better, hopefully he has caught up on some sleep. Hojbjerg had a great game in the midfield and Austin when he came on did what he does best when given the opportunity, these were the stand out players for me today.

Much better. Showed effort and actually cared. Maya seemed to make a bit of a difference at the back I thought Stephens was spoiling for a fight way before his red card but at least he is showing some fight How that weasel willshere didn't get sent off I'll never know . The ref was a tad bias as always when we play against the top sides . Let's hope we can fight like that again and pick up a couple of mins to go with it.
I'm much more confident after this latest defeat.

Shame that Hoedt didn't get sent off instead of the moron Stephens. At least one of those rubbish defenders misses a game. 9 goals in 3 games shows those 2 are complete carp

Difficult to know whether to be encouraged at a better performance or disappointed to lose again - this time to a side who barely seemed to be awake for long periods but still managed to score 3 against us. We are on the brink now. We need 4 points from Chelsea and Leicester.
