Soton win and a Cardiff win would f*cking top the bank Hol weekend off.

I'm off to light a BBQ with a pint.

Edit: not lighting the BBQ with the pint obviously. Although a pint with that % strength would be good right now.

It's depressing thinking that I'd have at least 9 of that Southampton 11 in a heartbeat. And the other two are seriously up for debate.

The ball was over a foot over the touch line, right in front of the linesman and he doesn't see it.

The standard of officiating is so poor.

Everton not up for this. How Lemina wasn't booked for the lunge on Coleman, I'll never know. On the bright side he's picked up a knock so may not play Tuesday.

Seem to be doing their level best to hand Soton the game.

Indeed, having two hours less recovery time could cost them dear.

And in reality it has been doing so for some time.

Th good thing (ha!) is that if it stays like this we have to beat them Tuesday. Whether that will help in all honesty I don't know.

People on here and elsewhere condoned our hideous tactics and performances for months just because other teams were losing every week and the odd draw here and there was keeping our heads above water.

How quickly opinions change and heads are raising out of the sand now other teams are showing glimpses of life. We created far more today than in most previous matches under our fraud of a head coach yet this is apparently the result that has angered most. Bemusing.

Use the pint for the BBQ and drink the lighter fluid, and the world will seem a better place [thumbs up].

You will beat Stoke and overtake hudds on the last day so relax. You knows it, you always pull it off.

No team gives its PL membership up meekly.

Except us I fear.
