I don’t mind Naughton, but he’s not a CB in the month of Sunday’s, and certainly not a central centre back.
He can do a job as one of the wide CBs against weaker opposition. But putting him up against Mitrovic was just a ludicrous decision, he must have been licking his lips when he saw the team sheet. |  |

You think so,too slow moving ball,all 3 goals tonight mitrovic ghosted in in front him without naughton realising he was there, suicidal for a defender you should be aware what's around you when ball is out wide then at least get tight and just use your body to at least make things difficult for his marker, looks like naughton was sleeping for every goalkeeping mitrovic run off him.. | | | |

The first goal was marginally offside. Naughton had come out, like everyone except the useless Cabango to play him offside. If Cabango had done his job we wouldn't be talking about this.
Third goal, yes you could argue Naughton should see him coming.

Don't blame Cabango for being put in the same impossible position as Naughton, there was no way he should have been put in that position against a pacy top class winger.
