Ah nice one - always had a soft spot for Dundee Utd since seeing their lovely kit in my Football 84 sticker album. Bannon had a brief spell with Chelscum too. |

Maybe depends on where you live, but I've only ever had a letter drop about roadworks when it relates to the actual road we live on. |

I think the bottom line with him is he just wants to be Sporting Director; I'm not sure he wants (or is best suited to) a CEO role, but Hoos dangled the carrot and he felt he couldn't turn it down. Hence the bits which are going well, and the bits which aren't. Feels like he needs an Operations Manager to handle the more mundane day to day stuff (but don't we have one of those?). |

Fond memories of him actually playing 90 minutes against Leeds at home last season, and at the final whistle him collapsing to the turf like he'd just run the London Marathon All the best Michy. |

...aaaaaand, yet another set of roadworks sprung up on the school run this afternoon |

It seems they've decided to do all London roadworks right now with no kind of plan of action or coordination. Even without the roadworks, London roads in general are in a terrible state with potholes etc. I doubt all these extra heavy EVs are helping much...or overpriced and unreliable public transport. It just feels like managed decline everywhere. |

Fair enough, but could he have been offered some kind of ambassadorial role within the club? Of course if he wanted to just fully retire and spend more time on the golf course, then fair enough too! |

Just I feel at the forums he tends to say what the fans want to hear (or disregards the more difficult topics). Just my opinion. |

Jury still out for me - the good and the bad outweigh each other. And from what I hear currently the work environment at the club is not great. You need to keep hold of good people who care about the club; losing Paul Furlong and Andy Evans is not a good look. |

Hmmm OK. Although for me Nourry + fans forum = Jackanory. |

Out of interest where is the sensory room? It's not that random little block at the top corner of the school end/Ellerslie where it looks like fans could just fall out of it?? |
 | Forum Reply | Three-game weeks at 09:51 27 Jan 2026
OK but that's not a season in, season out thing. Just like Cifuentes, Stephan is learning as he goes along (not helped by the poor player conditioning). |
 | Forum Reply | Three-game weeks at 09:43 27 Jan 2026
Hmmm OK, but I don't recall at any point Stephan being hired because of his experience handling three game weeks; not even sure if they have three game weeks in the French league? End of the day, the competition is all about winning as many matches as possible! And you deal with the schedule in the best possible way - I assume that's what staff at the club are paid for. |

"Their physical condition also looks strong – they were able to keep pressing and stressing Coventry for the full 90 minutes." Ah... |

There's no particular logic to it I'm afraid. Shit happens! |
