Absolutely, most goalkeepers would look suspect with our defence in front of them. Having said that good goalkeepers organize the defence around them, trouble is we haven't found one yet,and to be honest its like organizing chocolate soldiers round a fire. [Post edited 14 Jan 18:38]

What we have now can only be described as a mess. |

We seem to concede at the start of the second half and go to pieces thereafter. I think teams think we are better than we are and then work us out. Our defending corners and free kicks into the box causes chaos. Why do they all stand on the goal line when corners come in,just causes confusion, push up make the other team stand back if they don't their offside. |

I suspect the problem may be THB,I see he is captain now, well his organising skills of defending corners and free kicks leave much to be desired. To me when things go wrong he’s looking to blame someone. There something about him that spells trouble, he’s no leader that’s for sure. |

I agree both clubs and player have behaved well, but in the end Bournemouth have lost a brilliant player to a top club. Bournemouth will suffer the consequences. |

'I can understand the dragging part' I dont, without knowing the type of injury you could do serious injury by moving him. Bradley went home on crutches.. |

Manchester City have bought a brilliant player and I must say at a very reasonable price. |

This old chestnut of 'hes scoring goals in an inferior league' pops up again How many players have done exactly this and gone on to be decent players? Galatasaray,Fenerbahce,BeÅŸiktaÅŸ,Trabzonspor and Samsunspor are decent sides that have beaten top English sides in their time. Galatasaray are a particularly good team. Guess who Galatasaray wanted to sign? Paul was with us 2 years and the stats say he played 36 games and scored 4 goals but that doesn't tell you how many he started and that he played under some of the worst managers Saints have ever had, who pursued a system that didn't play to his strengths. Yes I have seen him play and often I watched him tracking back to midfield so he might see the ball. Remember he was playing in the Premiership like that. We should have kept him and used him as a target man and he would have been useful defending corners. I 'm not saying he would have been the answer in the Premiership but worth a chance in the Championship. Our problem is more off the field than on it,we keep getting it wrong. Wolves have found that out this season by the sale of Cunha. |
