Sean Derry on Mark Sagger's show today on TS. Good to see he's still working with Mackie and getting on in the management game. Not sure he's tearing up trees but he's been holding down his jobs.

Are you sure Derry has been "holding down his jobs"?

I thought he had been dismissed from the two clubs he has been manager of - Notts County & Cambridge United.

It isn't being very sucessful for him or Mackie this season either!

I was wondering about that as I typed it.

I guess what I really mean that Derry's been given a third shot at it.

I'd imagine for every Derry that are probably 50 others trying to get in or get back in most of whom never do.
