Is he injured, if not is he getting any game time?
If he is fit but not involved, seems like he is wasting he time at Portsmouth. Don't think he has featured for us so perhaps we should recall him and arrange a loan elsewhere. He can't get in the team ahead of Jamaal Lowe who is having an absolutely storming season with something like 10 goals in 25-odd games. By all accounts Wheeler is training well and doing nice bits in his cameos, but Lowe is un-droppable atm.

To me, he's still behind Hemed (when back), Bright and Oteh, the last 2 of which have barely played.
I think they have another loan lined up for him- otherwise we wouldn't recall him (as he's going to play even less at qpr than at pompey) | | | |
