I was at that game I cant remember why I was in London for a night game though I remember it being a cold snowy night but there was a great atmosphere It was a backs to the wall performance and a great roar of relief at the end Sam Di Carmine last season was in Serie B and one of the leagues top scorers (my second team is Parma) that's why I was interested. Clive is right I think that was the only notable thing he did at QPR.... 10 years ago where does time go ?
BTW we only had 13 000 at the Portsmouth game as well so not too shabby for a snowy night

Di Carmine derails Blues' promotion bid - History on 13:43 - Feb 8 with 371 views
Thought Tomassi was superb that night but as many of our transient signings of that era it didn't last. The strike was memorable and the added tension of being down to 10 men meant there was a great atmosphere. Left LR glad I had braved the elements.
