Was also interested yesterday to hear Sinton say that Chair was a good lad. I firmly believe that allowing egos and bad attitudes go unchecked might get good performances in the short term but like fireworks such players will burn brightly and beautifully but burn out in the time of a slow blink.

I like that we now seem to have a culture of teamwork and humility. It will make better players, better people and a better team. Huge credit due to the years of work at underage level.
