Builders in at the weekend to knock the entrance down so meets fire regs for amount of people.
Mary going back home to Geordie land but will be back now & then to see her grandson..

The Horse is one of the few pubs I know with a steady daytime trade. If it goes I doubt its because they're not making money. | |

I’m 99% sure that this will be a case of the pub co landlord (Ei Group) taking occupation from the tenant to convert into a managed house.
So the pub won’t be closing but it will probably lose some of its charm.
Ei Group started doing this after legislation was introduced to give tenants the right to have a free of beer tie rent. |  | | |
