Clotet just doesn't get it. 18:37 - Feb 29 with 2408 viewsWrightUp5hit___

One of his main themes in post match interviews is that he feels it imperative for Brum to sign Hogan (£9,000,000) permanently.

As the manager of a club that was FFP'd last season, is he totally oblivious to it? Or just noting that it really can be ignored?

It can be ignored.

They will do what they did last season, ignore it and buy the player and get a meaningless points deduction. The player they shouldn’t have bought last season is still playing.

Considering some of the players going for more than that I expect someone better to take a punt on him. Don’t know what the story is with Villa considering they aren’t exactly prolific.

I don’t know how true it is but supposedly after the 2nd goal he went to the front of the family stand and said something like “how’s that you c@nts.”
That is what is being reported as what he said by social media.
I know we were giving the Brum fans some stick but there’s no excuse for a player to give it large in front of our stand.

Doubt he knows it’s a family stand. Sounds a pretty tame crime in the court of fan outrage.

Try telling that to the family’s who might(?) have heard him say it.
As I said I could understand if we’d been giving it to their players but I never heard anything sung about their players, only their fans.

I’m sure in time they’ll get over such a traumatic experience.

Did he need to celebrate the way he did though?Same as the scum fabregas 5 years ago.Was there a need to try and goad our fans?

I don't think you can expect him to run the length of the pitch to celebrate in front of the Brum fans!

I might be wrong, but didn't our players celebrate our goals in front of The School End?

If he called the fans the C word obviously it is wrong, but is cupping your ear really that bad?

The cheeky mother f cuker went and stood right in front of the Loft end and took the p!ss.

I was hoping Ted (or somebody) would leap out and smack the c nut.

Yes they did - you can see both Eze and Bright do it.

Don't know why anyone does that - I suppose the abuse they get its not THAT surprising!

There’s a difference in celebrating a goal and deliberately trying to wind up the crowd.I don’t condone throwing stuff at players, but he went over the top in his celebrations yesterday, more so than fabregas did in front of the loft 5 years ago.

I havnt got a problem with it , I and many other fans are quite happy to dish it out , you have to be ready to take it back . That the way i like my football.

Family stand , load of bollix IMO but he probably didnt know that and anyway "what you hear at football stays at football , just dont tell your Mum "

Abuse of a disabled fan outside the ground on the other hand is a disgrace , hopefully named and shamed .
