For Beale to publicly announce he is looking for a second opinion on injuries to certain players is a brave move. Surely it undermines the faith and belief in our current medical and conditioning team?
I for one have no issue with him questioning everything within his remit as he needs to establish is own belief systems and build the culture in his own image. I like him more with every passing interview as he clearly intends to put his stamp on how things are done.

I'm sure I saw Eddie Howe saying that they're getting a 2nd opinion on one of their players aswell as they didn't like the prognosis so not just a QPR thing
It's probably been happening for ages but we only know about it now as Beale is more honest than previous managers [Post edited 12 Aug 2022 18:09]

Exactly this. It took them, what 4 or 5 attempts to get out of the third division and only then via the play-offs. If we are going to worry about Sunderland, god only knows how we will be leading up to games with Burnley/Norwich and Watford | | | |

They're a newly promoted club, on a run of 18 unbeaten, 40,000 behind them and confidence of players, manager and fans sky high. Add to that they rested all eleven in midweek.
We have our talisman and a few others missing, nearly threw away a three goal lead at home and we will need to be far better than we have in our away games so far, if we are to achieve anything today. | | | |
