I went there in late January, the seating was available for anyone on a first come first served basis. I was sat in my seat when the referee, in his full kit and who had previously inspected and passed the pitch at about 2pm, called the game off at 2.45pm.
The terrace is quite small. Lots of fans stand around the touchline barrier. Segregation wasn't a thing. | | | |

I'm not sure on this specific stadium but that league there's no segregation so you should be fine to go where you want. Do it non league style and switch which end you are standing at depending on which way QPR are shooting. | | | |
