Been an issue at Rangers for years...no leaders on the pitch today. I know it's a dead rubber for us, but FFS we have rolled over at the beginning of halves too many times..I think we have a core of a good group of players to expand on, but Nourry, it's not just stats, it's mentality, aggression, leadership as well as skill needed in this division.

We had a week to prepare on the training ground, a 3.5 hour coach journey up there, an overnight stay to cement the gameplan, a morning walk to reflect on shape and approach.. Ipswich will probably start fast, so don’t get caught cold.

With all the energy and emotion in the ground today, I’d have loved to see us get to 20 mins level, let the initial surge die down, tension creeps in, then grow into it. That would be fun.
