Firstly I'd sack Ben Williams and his cycling mates
I'd change all 3 goalkeepers that have played this season (Joe Walsh, Paul Nardi and Ben Hamer) not good enough
I'd also move on Adamson, Celar, Obikwu, Saito, Varane probably others too
Loan out development players including Bennie to League One teams
Bring back Field
I'd sort out a quality right and left back and central midfield pronto
I'd also give Putman a chance as he looks like a quality player
Also Kolli deserves a real chance too as he is class

Agree the players you have stated need to be moved on. I would probably add Poku to those players as well, never going to be fit, well at least in a Rangers shirt anyway, and the bloke from Coventry well don't think he has actually left Coventry. All I would do currently is replace the sports science team.
There’s no doubt recruitment has been strong and the squad is nearly there - just a couple of additions needed.
Maybe get myself (Nourry) some leadership coaching - his sometimes ‘direct’ actions are as would be expected for someone lacking experience. I haven’t met the guy, but could take a punt at what his main three Belbin traits are.
Only thing holding us back is injuries and poor man-management (eg - Nardi, Field, Paal). [Post edited 2 May 17:31]

Review the value all these specialist coaches are bringing, Set Pieces have been poor, defence is poor goalkeepers have all gone backwards
Sell Varane, If an offer comes in for Burell, Kone or Kolli and its decent enough take it and reinvest
Find a way to shift on Celar and any other deadwood
Look for some fairly low cost or Bosman experienced championship players with leadership qualities

We've signed some good players but not necessarily ones that were needed and the "couple of additions needed" were also needed last year but we decide to sign extra "10s" and centre backs instead |  | | |

The more I think about it though, next week, Monday if they can, I want:
1. New contract for JS, lets save any summer of speculation, back him. Get that off the table. He is head coach next year. Pre season starts now.
2. A released and retained list. We've known we'll be in this division for months. They know who stays, who goes and who is offered a new deal. Tell us, tell us in 1 announcement. We are adults, we are the ones who matter at this club, 1 release with all the info. None of these daily updates.
3. Acknowledge the problem with fitness. If it has to be some statement saying Ben Williams is choosing to focus on his other businesses and is stepping aside, thats fine. Spares his blushes, we move on. But this gets dealt with
