It's worse than I thought. When you hear JS on WLS talking about next season, it's obvious who is really in charge. Absolute dereliction of duty by the owners allowing this to go on season after season. All this talk about promise for next season, will soon disappear when we are fighting for our lives again. You simply cannot go on losing runs like we do season after season...before it ultimately gets you relegated. I hope the three coming up from L1 are worse than us. And given our record against teams coming up...not that confident.

This is why I have said we were better under Cifuentes, who would surely have achieved more with Burrell and Kone as his strikers.
There has been no progress apart from 2 more points and more goals scored. The main bit of progress from Stephan was getting much more out of Madsen and not really be in a relegation battle (although after their first run of 4 defeats looked in danger of getting sucked into one).
As for confidence for next season, I don't think anything will get better without addressing why QPR have so many 1st team players out injured for at least a 3rd of the season and then assemble a squad capable of sustaining a top half position for the whole season.
