Of course Celtic score a last minute penalty to take the SPL to a final day showdown between Celtic and Hearts.

I hope Hearts stuff Celtic on Saturday not just because it’s someone other than the Old Firm winning the title but because I loathe Celtic.

Poll: Julian Stepháne…stick or twist

The one thing Celtic needed from a throw in in the last moments of the game... Absolutely dodgy as f*ck

The SPL has been shockingly fantastic this year. Cracking entertainment.

Coms said that its always been the team who is top at the split who will have home advantage for the final game.
Strangely enough this is not the case this season

I hate football and what it’s become, but I love QPR and what we have become

captains fantastic

Delighted for the Green Hoops. Especially seeing Rangers fizzle out like a punctured balloon. If Celtic have to lose to anyone then I would rather it was anyone than Rangers.

I'll reserve judgement as I haven't seen the penalty incident yet but it's changed from having to beat Hearts by 3 to simply having to beat them. That won't be easy though as they've been mentally tough all season.

Absolutely detest Celtic, especially their fans.
99.99% of football supporters will be willing Hearts to finish the job and get the title they fully deserve.

We could do with a Shankland.

It was strange, Celtic seemed to be appealing for an elbow to the head of their player, who was really milking it, but it was given as handball. The Motherwell player got up higher but his descending elbow seemed to rebound off the Celtic players shoulder and flick his hand back up towards his face, maybe brushing the ball. Bit of a fluke.

Shocking VAR decision. Defender jumped with his arm up as being challenged by a Celtic forward, definitely headed it out for a throw. Celtic player goes down clutching his head and VAR get involved as they think the Motherwell defender punched the ball. The only camera angle used was the main one which was far from conclusive. Cameras down by the penalty area which would have shown definitely if the defender had punched the ball wasn’t used at all. Motherwell cheated especially as they were the better side and Hearts could be robbed of the title. I prey that they stuff that sectarian filth on Saturday. They’ve consistently been the best side all season and with Tony Bloom now running the show could be a major force for many years to come.

That was a absolute disgrace. The laws of physics tell you it can't have been handball. How the ref gives that, and doesn't give Hearts the pen at the weekend, so corrupt.

And another reason to hate VAR, just has to be all about them

Absolutely the most bent VAR decision ever. I so hope Hearts win it but when you are up against that kind of bollox decision for Celtic you have to think that league is fixed.

Never knowingly right.

Cant stand Celtic, Scottish version of Chelsea. Cheated as usual with a totally bent VAR decision. Come on Hearts

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

Sweaty socks on 23:01 - May 13 with 8566 viewshoops_legend

Absolutely insane decision from VAR and the referee.

Not one person in real time thought that was a penalty so there is no clear and obvious error for VAR to get involved

Now slow it down in action replays and it's still not clear it's hit his hand, actually there is more evidence it hasn't hit his head as the ball flies off for a throw in which wouldn't be possible if it hit his head

Clealry there has been an agenda to either a) make season go to wire for the excitement and money or B) celtic being favoured

Probably both

140th anniversary kit, the original colours of ”petrol blue”. Looked great.

That game would still be going on now if Celtic hadn’t scored. Bent.

Ref went to the monitor, barely looked at it and made the decision within 20 seconds. Nice brown envelope waiting for him in the changing room I'm sure. It's been happening for years. I expect more dodgy decisions at Parkhead on Saturday.

If Hearts don't win the title it will be a disgrace. I really hope they do win it now.

Normally a Celtic fan, but on this occasion I want Hearts to win it, because they deserve to (and because I dislike O’Neil) If they are brave enough to take the game to Celtic, they can win it, because Celtic are not that good.

Why do this crappy VAR decisions always seem to favour the team you don't want it to?

It can't be a coincidence as it's literally every time.

I think you'll find Rangers are much closer to Chelsea, in many ways.

I will have no complaints if Hearts win it and Celtic are both bang average (worst squad in many years) and very lucky to not need to win by 3 at the weekend.

Just a horrible, horrible football club in a completely bent league. McInnes has understandably lost it a bit. Would love Hearts to do it but feels harder now than if they’d both just won normally.

Disgusting decision and my biggest hate about football my entire life. As much as I dislike VAR, it was happening long before that - ref would just have made it up and given it on field or extended time a la Cantona.

My one glimmer is that if Hearts had gone to Celtic knowing a 2-0 defeat would have won them the title, it would have taken some mental strength to play the game out properly and not screw it up amongst that pressure. At least now they have to go and just perform well and get a draw at worst.

Just maybe they will fuelled by a huge sense of injustice. Or perhaps VAR will rule out a Celtic last minute winner for absolutely no reason? Yeah, right.
