Fifa have insisted that all football cup and league competitions worldwide, must all have a fifteen minute hydration break, from now onwards, so the game starts an hour earlier accordingly.
The only issue with implementing this is that the fans are enquiring as to if the hydration breaks extend to themselves also !! [Post edited 8 Jul 23:19]
